Jeffrey Dale, Chairman Advisor - WelchGroup Consulting - Jeffrey Dale is a Chairman Advisor for WelchGroup Consulting, specializing in business operations to help companies with strategic planning, succession & exit planning, management buy outs, or in performing due diligence. He is also the co-founder and a Director for the Odawa Group Inc. The Odawa Group develops new approaches to creating financial models for long term funding of Infrastructure projects under a Public Private Partnership (P3) model. Jeffrey is the former OCRI President and has held many senior Executive positions in the technology sector. His past positions include: President of KOM NETWORKS Inc., Vice-President, Business Development for Peleton Photonic Systems Inc., and Vice-President of Sales for MCI Systemhouse Inc.

Steve Kim, CFA, Senior Manager - CIBC Commercial Banking - For over 13 years in Ottawa, Steve has assisted privately-held business owners across a wide range of industries in structuring customized financing strategies and solutions to help them achieve their goals. Steve is responsible for leading and managing CIBC’s Mid-Market Commercial Banking team for Diversified Industries in Ottawa with over $500 million in funds managed. Steve holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree from Queen’s University, CSC, CPH designations, and is a CFA Charterholder.

Philippe Froundjian, CFA, Senior Director - CIBC Mid-Market Investment Banking - Philippe has over 16 years of mid-market M&A and corporate finance experience, completing many transactions including divestitures, acquisitions, management buyouts and capital raises. Philippe has both domestic and cross border experience, advising private and public companies across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining CIBC, Philippe was a research assistant at a leading independent economic publication firm where he was responsible for providing macroeconomic research on the G-10 countries. Philippe has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with distinction from Concordia University and is a CFA Charterholder.

Terry Ledden, Founder & Managing Partner - Sales AboutFace Inc. Terry is the Founder and Managing Partner of the sales performance and development firm Sales AboutFace Inc. and Canadian authorized licensee of US based Sandler Training. He and his international team are recognized for delivering serious sales results for the serious and decisive leader.
